Ownership. When you are accountable, you accept responsibility for the situations in which you are involved. You think things through and accept responsibility for what happens, good or bad.
We have grit as Aedonauts. If something goes wrong, we don’t blame others. Instead, we make every effort to make things right. And we are responsible for the outcome.
We also have faith in our colleagues’ extreme accountability. Because, while we can achieve anything we set our minds to, we can’t do it alone.

We at Aedo are both experts and learners. Always. Even if our primary motivation is to teach and guide as the expert, there is always a lesson to be learned if we listen with humility.
A Humbly Confident Aedonaut understands who they are and what they can offer. We concentrate on what we do well and speak up to make our voices heard. We are perfectly fine with mistakes because they serve as a means of learning and mastery.
